2. Purpose and scope of this site

go.time2game.at is an information and gateway landing page for QR codes. There is no login, no contact form, no checkout. Personal data is processed only to the extent technically necessary to operate the site.

3. Server logs (hosting by Netlify)

Hosting is provided by Netlify, Inc. (44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). Each page request is logged automatically (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user-agent, referer). These logs serve the secure operation of the site and abuse prevention.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; Netlify is certified.

4. Content management (Airtable)

Volatile content (opening hours, today banner, special days) is managed via Airtable, Inc. (799 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). On each request our server reads this content from Airtable and renders it for you. No data about you is transmitted to Airtable — Airtable only processes the content we have entered there.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A data-processing agreement with Airtable is in place; transfer to the USA via the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. External links

The site links to external services whose use triggers their own data processing — the respective provider is then responsible:

• time2game.at — operator's main site
• Google Maps — location link (Google Ireland Limited)
• Ticket shop — external provider (own privacy policy)
• Instagram, optionally WhatsApp — Meta Platforms Ireland Limited

We have no influence over how these providers process data. Please consult their respective privacy policies before clicking.

6. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no advertising. There is no consent banner because no consent-requiring processing takes place.

For your convenience we store a single value in your browser's localStorage indicating whether you have dismissed our announcement popup. This value remains on your device, contains no personal data, and is never transmitted to us. You can clear it at any time via your browser settings.

For aggregate audience measurement we use Umami Analytics (Umami Software Inc.) in its privacy-friendly, cookie-less mode. Only anonymous, aggregated data is collected (page URL, referrer, approximate region derived from IP, browser family, screen size). No cookies are set, no fingerprinting takes place, no IP address is stored, and no personal data is forwarded to third parties. 7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, contact us informally at office@time2game.at.
